ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that the system meets the company's requirements.

This is a full-time position that requires strong knowledge in ERP implementations and enterprise resource planning. You will work closely with various departments to provide support and improve overall system efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP system implementations from initiation to completion
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure that the ERP system meets business requirements and needs
  • Provide ongoing support to various departments to optimize system usage
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of financial processes
  • Continuously monitor and improve system efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in ERP implementations and enterprise resource planning
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze and optimize business processes
  • Understanding of financial processes and requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the footwear, apparel, tannery, or fashion industries is a plus
