Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead NetSuite ERP initiatives across the organization, focusing on strategic growth and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will drive business outcomes by implementing scalable solutions, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for NetSuite ERP to optimize business operations and drive digital transformation.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of NetSuite modules, including Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver project results.
Project & Program Management:
  • Oversee multiple NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to completion, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful execution.
Business Process Optimization & System Enhancements:
  • Assess and improve business processes through NetSuite automation, customization, and integration, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage system integrations with third-party applications such as CRM, eCommerce, HR, and finance tools, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Evaluate NetSuite configurations to ensure alignment with financial, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Management:
  • Lead a team of NetSuite analysts, administrators, and consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to drive career development.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and benefits to key stakeholders and executive leadership, fostering collaboration and transparency.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement to drive project adoption and utilization.
Compliance, Security, & Risk Management:
  • Ensure NetSuite security policies, user roles, and access controls are in place to protect data integrity and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations (GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and industry best practices, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Oversee system audits, data governance, and risk mitigation strategies to identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 9 years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on NetSuite. Strong expertise in NetSuite modules is also required, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
