Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT project manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects.

This leadership role requires strong project governance, client engagement, and cross-functional team management skills to ensure successful execution of ERP programs across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Owning overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Overseeing the execution of ERP solutions across business domains including finance, procurement, sales, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, HR, and payroll.

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Leading and mentoring cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors.

Maintaining oversight of quality standards to ensure compliance with project objectives and client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

A minimum 5 years experience managing ERP implementation projects; prior Epicor ERP exposure is highly beneficial.

Strong understanding of ERP technologies and business process domains; experience in both on-premise and cloud ERP environments preferred.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable.
