Enterprise Middleware Support Specialist

As a seasoned IT professional, we are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch support for enterprise business applications such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Tableau, JBoss, MicroStrategy, Web Methods, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Provide timely and effective incident management support to ensure seamless system operation.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems and applications to identify potential issues before they impact the business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations and service reliability.
- Automation Solutions: Design, maintain, and enhance automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Requirements:
- Administration Expertise: Strong administration expertise across Windows and Linux environments.
- Shell Scripting: Proficiency in shell scripting and automation.
- Middleware Technologies: Expertise in middleware technologies, application/web servers, and automation job management using Control-M.
- Database Management: Working knowledge of database management, firewalls, load balancers, and network components.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on SLA adherence, system stability, and scalability.
