**Job Title:** Information Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.

  • Provide comprehensive support across IT infrastructure covering end-user support, networking, servers, and IT systems.
  • Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks).
  • Handle user requests and incidents via an IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1–3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
