We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Content Management (ECM) specialist to join our team as an Alfresco Developer.

This role involves designing and developing innovative solutions leveraging the Alfresco object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end Alfresco platform development, support, and enhancement with strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing custom Alfresco solutions using the Alfresco object model.
  • Working extensively on Alfresco and Alfresco Share for medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Developing Alfresco-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, Business Process Management (BPM), and records management.
  • Building and integrating Java/J2EE components with document management systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.
  • Providing troubleshooting and technical support for Alfresco solutions.
  • Working on deployment, configuration, and tuning using Tomcat and relevant middleware.
  • Contributing to database integration and optimization (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Ensuring proper documentation, version control, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong expertise in Alfresco and Alfresco Share development.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and ECM System Implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, JIRA.
  • OS exposure: Windows (10/XP/7) and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong consulting and client interaction experience.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end Alfresco ECM projects in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in ECM systems.
