About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Client Servicing Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, fostering seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Understand client business objectives and develop effective marketing/advertising strategies to meet their needs.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews to ensure high-quality campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations to secure new clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
- Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
