Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive student enrollments.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that showcase our institution's unique value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Organize events, seminars, and workshops to promote the institution and foster engagement with our community.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a minimum of 2 years of track record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is highly desirable.
