Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and managing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer and distributor relationships, and work closely with existing local customers and distributors.
  • Manage and support local projects and customer requirements, through identifying their needs.
  • Use market and consumer knowledge and insights to actively seek new opportunities.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvements and implement efficient and smart ways of working.
  • Gain experience and contact with local customers and distributors.
  • Possess a passion for fragrances and an ability or interest in learning to recognize olfactive notes, taste profiles of fragrances.
  • Be willing to learn from key successes and failures to seek continuous improvement.
  • Be a very good team player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Be willing to travel around and relocate if required.
  • Ability to manage challenging deadlines and heavy workload.
  • Good communication (written & verbal) skills in English, Hindi, and proficiency in the local language.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/University Degree/Business/Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of Fragrance Industry Sales or Marketing relevant experience.
