Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and troubleshooting sessions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the engineering team, ensuring seamless communication and feedback.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software product marketing, customer relations, or a technical call center.
  • Comprehensive networking knowledge and excellent interpersonal, communication, and product presentation skills.
  • Flair for marketing and customer relations, even without prior experience.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts, if required.
