Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales professional to manage the entire product development process at TrueJob.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage product development activities including requirement analysis, design validation, and prototype development.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop components in conformance to pre-set technical specifications.
  3. Design and implement processes to ensure smooth production operations and project execution within time and cost parameters.
  4. Analyze existing products and processes to enhance operational efficacy and reduce wastages.
  5. Develop and negotiate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
  6. Work with marketing and sales to build business cases and develop new products.

Requirements:

  1. 8-12 years of experience in sales and marketing of auto components.
  2. Must have experience in sales and marketing of auto components.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
