Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable laptops and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, addressing any customer questions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest laptop models, specifications, and accessories.
- Stay informed about competitor products and pricing to offer competitive solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge.
- **Store Operations**:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with products.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create appealing product displays.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Store Manager regularly.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology products.
- Strong understanding of laptops, their features, and related accessories.
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Basic understanding of inventory management practices.
