We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Performance Marketer. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search & Display campaigns across all major ad platforms.
- This includes designing and managing retargeting/remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- The ideal candidate should have experience managing substantial budgets and driving growth for SaaS products.
The selected candidate will analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to iterate and scale successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search & Display campaigns across all major ad platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Strategically design and manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to iterate and scale successful strategies.
- Maintain and optimize budget allocations, ensuring high ROI across campaigns.
- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Experiment with new channels and tactics to find growth opportunities.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with paid marketing campaigns in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Proven experience in managing high-budget paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, product) to drive campaign success.
- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
