We are on a mission to revolutionize the way teams work with digital assets.

As a hands-on Growth Lead, you will play a critical role in building our marketing and sales engine from scratch.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, cold email, and content marketing.
  • Build prospect lists, craft outreach sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads, run discovery calls, manage CRM (HubSpot), and move deals forward.
  • Develop landing pages, case studies, and comparison pages to drive inbound leads.
  • Build relationships with ecosystem partners, marketplaces, and industry communities.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or sales. They should be hands-on with outbound prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and practical experience with paid acquisition (LinkedIn/Google Ads) and content-driven growth.

You will work directly with the founder in a remote-first, flexible environment, with a competitive salary and performance-based bonus.
