About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead prospecting efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase value propositions
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to inform business growth strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development/sales within construction technology, SaaS, project management solutions, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with construction lifecycle, project management processes, BIM, cost management, and digital transformation in construction
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to conduct product demonstrations and workshops
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and articulate AI-based solutions
