Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and contributing to the growth of our business.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads.
- Lead Qualification: Use defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups.
- Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and on-site meetings for our senior sales team; manage calendars and confirmations.
- CRM Management: Update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real time; maintain data hygiene.
- Follow-Up Nurturing: Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.
- Scripting: Use and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Share market feedback with Sales/Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns.
- Reporting: Track and report on daily/weekly activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Lead Generation Specialist, you must have:
- Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets.
- Appointment setting experience with measurable results.
- Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry.
- Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
