Dynastrat Solutions Inc is hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us scale our staffing solutions business. If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on performance-based rewards, this is your opportunity to earn without limits.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new client accounts for our staffing services. Your bonus is directly tied to your performance — you'll be paid on a per-seat-closed basis, with no fixed salary. The more you sell, the more bonus you earn. You will be using Apollo AI predominantly.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for staffing and recruitment solutions
Schedule and conduct discovery call with decision-makers
Effectively communicate Dynastrat's value proposition to prospective clients
Close deals and manage the client onboarding process in coordination with the delivery team
Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates regularly
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales — minimum 1–2 years required
Experience using the Apollo AI tool.
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services is a strong plus
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
