Position Growth Paid Media Specialist Location Remote Working Hours US Eastern Time Hours Experience 5 Years in PPC B2B MarketingAbout the Company Measure Marketing is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses grow their online presence and achieve measurable results through SEO website design paid media management social media marketing and email marketing About the Role We seek a highly skilled Growth Paid Media Specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads through PPC campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads LinkedIn and other relevant platforms Your data-driven approach and deep understanding of pipeline growth metrics will be critical in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI Key Responsibilities PPC Campaign Management Plan execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels focusing on B2B lead generation Demand Generation Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads guiding them through the sales funnel Analytics Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics CallRail and other reporting platforms to monitor campaign performance analyze trends and provide actionable insights A B Testing Conduct regular A B tests to improve ad copy landing pages and overall campaign performance Pipeline Growth Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure they contribute effectively to pipeline growth Budget Management Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize performance and meet KPIs Collaboration Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages Qualifications 5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on B2B Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics CallRail and other relevant tools Experience in demand generation and pipeline management Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversion Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Powered by JazzHR
