About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Product Specialist who can bring clarity, calm, and confidence to our users.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers across the globe — guiding them, listening to them, and collaborating with our product team to improve how Flowace works.
This isn't just a support role — it's a critical link between users and product.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist customers via live chat, email, and video to solve product-related questions
- Work closely with our product and tech teams to escalate bugs and share insights
- Help onboard new customers and ensure they're set up for success
- Create and maintain help center content, walkthrough videos, and guides
- Track patterns in user feedback and contribute to product improvement
- Deliver a smooth, helpful, and respectful support experience — always
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer support or success
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with users
- Understand how SaaS products work and enjoy solving product questions
- Are process-driven and comfortable with tools like Intercom, Notion, Jira, etc.
- Can manage multiple priorities while keeping customer needs at the center
- Are excited about being part of a product-led company focused on productivity and people
