About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in India. This key position will be responsible for developing new market segments and driving business growth in the region.
Job Description
The successful candidate will engage with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, builders, fabricators, and government agencies, to promote Vetrotech Saint-Gobain's niche products and solutions through consultative selling and effective customer relationship management.
This role will play a critical part in creating and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sales growth in India.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech with good academic record and 2-5 years of experience in B2B/project sales in the building and construction material segment (MBA an added advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, networking management, good communication, presentable, and well-groomed personality
