Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Magnon Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B SaaS clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to meet client objectives while delivering exceptional service.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (creative, tech, content) to execute client deliverables on time and within budget.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering value-added solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Magnon Group is among the largest advertising, digital, and marketing-performance agency-groups in India. We employ over 400 professionals across our offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
Requirements:- 7-12 years of experience in client servicing/account management within the advertising, digital marketing, or agency sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products, their markets, and the challenges clients face.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
- An estimated salary of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
