About this Strategic Account Role
We're seeking a skilled Manager to lead government-focused projects, leveraging strategic account management, performance marketing expertise and business growth acumen.
This key role requires leading high-value government accounts, building stakeholder relationships and delivering campaigns with creative excellence and growth impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for government clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across ministries, agencies and government bodies, understanding their priorities and sensitivities.
- Translate government priorities into effective communication and marketing strategies, driving campaign planning and execution.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives for public sector audiences, focusing on ROI-driven outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability, creativity and delivery excellence.
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in account management, performance marketing or client growth roles, with a strong focus on the public sector.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, handling senior bureaucrats, ministers and institutional stakeholders with tact and diplomacy.
- A proven track record in driving account growth and managing multi-stakeholder projects, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
