We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Manager to fill this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations.
- Help customers develop strategic plans, outlining key goals and performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Measure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
- Lead pilots for upsells and participate in results presentations, QBRs, and ABRs with major accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/project coordination role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving growth, and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
