Role Overview:
The Business Development Lead will oversee the growth and expansion of our business in the Bihar & Jharkhand region. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing budgets to drive business profitability.
This is a full-time role with a permanent location as Patna. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in a Business Development or Senior Sales Role, elevator industry experience of 5+ years, and ability to understand and translate engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage budgets and financials to drive business profitability.
Requirements:
- At least 7+ years of experience in a Business Development or Senior Sales Role.
- Elevator industry experience of 5+ years.
- Ability to understand and translate engineering drawings.
- Business development and strategic planning skills.
- Strong understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
