
Regional Growth Manager

As a Regional Growth Manager - Design, you will be responsible for driving the revenue growth of a region and overseeing critical performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of business-critical initiatives such as product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, and vendor base development.
- Contributing actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Developing and leading a team of designers and managers, managing a cohort of Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, etc.
- Creating an ecosystem for successful design experiences for internal teams and customers.
You will be accountable for:
- Owning the quality of design closure for products and services for the region.
- Driving and meeting KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free/error-free designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members.
- Serving as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, providing constant feedback to improve the company continuously.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A B.Arch or equivalent degree, with an MBA being an added advantage.
- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s), or selling design products/services through a team of designers.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to convey business requirements and needs effectively.
- A structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve the standing of design and design experience.
- A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and strong leadership skills.
