Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and control all ocean freight operations in the region, ensuring compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and stakeholders to secure competitive procurement rates and optimal space allocation.">
  • Monitor regional performance through KPIs (transit times, documentation accuracy, operational efficiency) and take corrective action to ensure service reliability.">
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional logistics operations team, ensuring engagement, capability building, and performance delivery.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry in similar capacity with regional or P&L responsibilities.">

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.">
