Operations Leader Job Description

As a seasoned business leader, you will oversee a team of operations experts to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Coordinating with cross-functional teams is critical to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Take ownership of the customer experience from project inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Act as the primary point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues promptly within committed timelines and ensuring projects conclude positively.

• Foster collaboration with installers, vendors, category specialists, and product experts to expedite issue resolution and empower your team members to tackle problems effectively.

• As a people manager, you will empower your existing team and attract top talent in the country to strengthen your regional team.

• Ensure all team members adhere to defined processes, SOPs, and standards to provide a consistent customer experience.

Critical responsibilities include meeting customer move-in timelines, maintaining high CSAT scores, and efficiently resolving customer escalations.

Required Expertise and Qualifications

• A degree from a reputable institution or an MBA from a top-tier business school is preferred.

• 7-12 years of experience in operations roles within similar industries is required.

• Proven people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

• A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are required.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment and manage strategic partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.
