Regional Cybersecurity Lead

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Regional Cybersecurity Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cybersecurity of one or several countries or subsidiaries, acting as the point of contact for the region, and coordinating with Sites Cybersecurity Officers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cybersecurity Management: Manage the implementation of the Valeo ISSP within the region, assess and improve the level of cybersecurity of different sites, and ensure compliance with Group standards and rules.
  • Incident Response: Coordinate cybersecurity incidents in the region, ensure swift resolution with Sites Cybersecurity Officers and the Group CIRT, and raise non-compliances and abnormal cybersecurity events.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and on-demand reporting to the Group, follow and report OEMs' cybersecurity requirements, and inform Continental IS Directors of the region for all aspects related to cybersecurity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Above 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, worked in an international company in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience linked to cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS...), technical topics such as malware, patch management, firewalling..., and infrastructure/network/system/database/application experience.
  • Team Management: Team management experience, including developing knowledge of Sites Cybersecurity Officers, managing their training, and defining improvement plans.
