Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer experience efforts. As an Experience and Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving organic growth through engaged customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing proactive support at the point of sale.
  • Handle complaints and returns effectively, ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Improve customer service experience, fostering a positive relationship between customers and the brand.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with other managers to discuss improvements to customer service.
  • Supervise and train staff members to provide highest standards of customer service.
