As a senior design leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire UX design process. This includes conducting research, generating innovative ideas, and creating high-fidelity prototypes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end UX design process
  • Designing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Defining and maintaining information architecture and UX documentation
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible solutions
  • Presenting design concepts to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback
  • Managing and mentoring a team of designers and researchers

This role involves leading innovation by leveraging design thinking, emerging tech, and market trends. You will also need to conduct user-centric research across various personas, develop behavioural and personalised UX systems, and implement AI-enabled design workflows.

Additional requirements include designing motion UX to improve interaction, engagement, and user delight.
