Job Title: Healthcare Engagement Specialist

About the Role

This is a key position within our Marketing team responsible for driving User Growth and Corporate Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase consumer and employee adoption of our services
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to connect with high-level contacts (CXOs, Directors, CHROs, VPs)
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our healthcare offerings
  • Cultivate outbound leads across business lines through strong communication and discovery
  • Analyze marketing funnel effectiveness and engagement drives impact on user onboarding and activity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent understanding of healthcare industry trends and market dynamics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and engagement
  • Proven track record of successfully qualifying and developing outbound leads
