Responsibilities


•    Gather, analyse & document client requirements in relation to our services.


•    Communicate & coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, business partners, patients, etc. for consulting & facilitation requirements


•    Prepare & maintain reports (Progress, Collections, Business Trackers etc.) for both Sub-contractors & Clients


•    Assist in proposal preparation, business development, other client engagement activities


•    Contribute to the development of project deliverables with clear written communication, professional

documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence.


•    Provide administrative support for internal activities to enable current business operations and future growth.


•    Manage assigned activities with limited guidance and with creative initiative to complete work on time with high quality.


•    Successfully manage multiple tasks/responsibilities while balancing priorities & providing timely communication to colleagues.


•    Provide analytical support to team utilizing technical skills & problem solving approach to produce accurate & meaningful information.


•    Conduct primary/secondary tailored market research, using detailed research methodologies, developing market research content & methodologies.


•    Quickly develop additional depth of industry/functional knowledge & understanding of service offerings.


•    Other tasks as requested by the company's management.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:


•    Bachelor's degree in healthcare / pharmaceutical /biotechnology / biomedical/or equivalent


•    Master's degree in MBA –marketing or equivalent


•    Professional work experience in healthcare, consulting, or related field is required.


•    Education, internship or certification in strategy, project management, performance improvement, change management is desired. Thorough understanding of market research/consulting methodologies, strategy development & marketing tools. Experience in Proposal development, Project Management is preferred


•    Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel & overall presentation skills with ability to create professional and impactful presentations /documents as client deliverables.


•    Strong analytical & problem solving skills.


•    Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.


•    High level of energy, commitment, & passion for healthcare/consulting.


•    Utmost Fluency in English is required with comfort of communicating with different nationalities


•    Open to travel within India and, Middle East, Africa & APAC for work.


•    The successful candidate will be a professional & committed business consultant with proven success in direct client interaction, business development, custom research/project fulfilment skills with a pro-active & methodical working ability to deliver accurate results within a fast paced, client focused environment.


•    Should possess relevant experience of 0 – 3 years.
