Senior Business Analyst in Healthcare

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the healthcare domain to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and state-specific regulations.
  • Evaluate system changes, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams during audits or regulatory updates.
  • Analyze and configure benefit codes for medical, dental, pharmacy, and specialty products.
  • Support plan design, benefit mapping, and validation in healthcare systems.
  • Partner with product and IT teams to ensure accurate coding, claims adjudication, and eligibility processing.
