Pharma Business Leadership Role

Lead a high-impact, fast-growing vertical with direct influence on strategy, growth, and patient outcomes. Drive partnerships with top pharma companies, leveraging an established national footprint and operational scale to build and deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to scale innovation in pharma services.
  • Define long-term vision, identify new revenue streams, and build go-to-market plans for pharma clients.
  • Build senior-level relationships, lead business pitches, drive account growth, and close contracts.
  • Oversee execution of 40+ patient support programs, ensuring high quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of ownership and execution excellence.
  • Own revenue, profitability, budgeting, and cost optimization for the Pharma Services vertical.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strategic and results-driven leader with strong B2B sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Solid P&L management skills and deep understanding of patient support programs and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Strong communication abilities and willingness to relocate.
