Website Role: Business Analyst – CTO's Office Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)Department: Office of the CTOReports to: Chief Technical Officer Role Overview:The role will serve as a strategic execution partner, providing data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making at the executive level. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CTO and senior leadership team, collaborating with other functional heads to provide consultative support for designing operating plans and reporting KPIs, as well as executing strategic projects. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives across the Business.

Regularly review and report on the company's performance against strategic goals. Lead the preparation of management reports and provide analysis on operations. Provide insightful drivers of performance to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Strategic ReportingDevelop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Analyse large and complex datasets related to pharmaceutical supply chains, macro-economic trends, and operational performance. Identify risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Support the CTO in long-term planning and prioritization of high-impact initiatives. Stakeholder Management & Strategic ProjectsLiaise with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Human Resources) to gather business requirements and drive alignment on strategic initiatives. Lead and manage special projects assigned by the CTO, including timeline management, resource coordination, and outcome delivery.

Act as a communication bridge between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment. Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisMonitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments in the industry. Benchmark company operations and performance against industry best practices.

Identify cost optimization opportunities across the Business. Process Improvement & AutomationMap and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Drive automation of reporting and data workflows to enhance decision-making speed and accuracy.

Executive Communication & PresentationsPrepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for executive meetings and board-level discussions. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise manner tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ad-hoc Analysis & Executive SupportDeliver ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the CTO and/or leadership team.

Provide analytical and strategic support during critical business reviews, M&A assessments, and Business Partner meetings. Qualifications:Master's degree in Business preferred3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analytics, or a similar high-impact role. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a strong advantage.

Strong command of data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) and comfort working with large datasets. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
