Note:

Must Have:

5-7 years experience in Business Analyst role

Strong BA skills: Requirement gathering, BRD, UAT

Prototyping tools (Figma / Balsamiq / Pencil)

Pharma/Manufacturing domain + Validation Testing (IQ, OQ, PQ)

End-to-end project delivery skills

Excellent communication & presentation

Good to Have:

  • Project Management exposure
  • LIMS / EDMS / Log Book experience
  • Agile & Waterfall knowledge
  • BI / Automation tools
