The position involves supporting Singapore users with loan guarantee credit limit management operations, responding to inquiries, and communicating with head office business analysts and IT developers.

  • Supporting and responding to user inquiries about ACBS system applications.
  • Creating or enhancing user operation guides and FAQs.
  • Communicating with related head office business analysts.
  • Maintaining standard workflow documents for GCBS systems.
  • Planning necessary enhancements considering business priority.

To succeed in this role, you should possess expertise in loan guarantee credit limit management, proficiency in English verbal and written communication, knowledge of ACBS system applications, and understanding of banking product life cycles.

Preferred candidates have relevant experience in business analyst activities, corporate/core commercial banking operations systems infrastructure, commercial lending operations, and ACBS systems application & Loan IQ.

Qualifications include a graduate degree with an engineering or technical background.
