Senior Commercial Lending Business Analyst

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and promoting projects in commercial lending. You will validate business requirements with use cases during the prototyping phase and establish new work procedures or workarounds.
- Develop and promote project plans as a key member of the project team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and implement effective solutions that meet customer needs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in corporate or commercial lending.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of commercial lending operations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies.
- Certification in business analysis or related field (optional).
