Key Responsibilities- Planning & Promotion:
- Validate business requirements with use cases during prototyping.
- Develop and introduce new work procedures or workarounds.
- Plan and promote user tasks from a BA's perspective.
- Analyze system effectiveness and cycle time.
- Management & Reporting:
- Support teams as a subject expert in lending-related IT project management.
- Facilitate system function and workflow design.
- Monitor task progress, conduct issue & risk management, and provide solutions.
- Role-Specific Duties:
- Lead entire projects with full ownership.
- Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader.
- Represent the organization in discussions with top management and external stakeholders.
