Lead UI UX Designer Job Description

As a lead UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for driving design strategy and overseeing design projects to create seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for web and mobile platforms.
  • Oversee UI/UX strategies to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in UI UX Design.

  • Strong background in graphic design, including typography, color theory, and visual design principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and guide a team of designers effectively.
