The Design Team is focused on delivering intuitive experiences across our platforms.
We support a wide range of users and aim to simplify financial journeys through thoughtful design.
- Lead the UX process from research to execution.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research and apply insights to refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for implementation.
- Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy.
Key Challenges You Will Solve:
- Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption.
- Create scalable UX systems tailored to user behavior.
- Lead behavioural research across diverse micro-personas.
- Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity.
