Design Experience Leader

The Design Team is focused on delivering intuitive experiences across our platforms.

We support a wide range of users and aim to simplify financial journeys through thoughtful design.

  • Lead the UX process from research to execution.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct user research and apply insights to refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for implementation.
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy.

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption.
  • Create scalable UX systems tailored to user behavior.
  • Lead behavioural research across diverse micro-personas.
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity.
