Job Overview
The ideal candidate will lead the design team in creating innovative and memorable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, scalable, and user-centric designs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive research to inform design decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs and evaluate their effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with UI designers to create high-quality, attention-grabbing designs that meet business objectives.
4. Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and maintain detailed design documentation.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to drive innovation.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in conducting end-to-end user research and developing a strong portfolio of design projects.
2. Background in project management and leading high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments.
3. Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and SDLC tools like Figma, Zeplin, JIRA, Adobe CS, and Google Suite.
4. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. A degree in Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of work experience or an MBA/Masters degree.
