Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer who can lead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences. We are seeking someone who combines strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands-on execution to elevate our products user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Strategize and implement UX processes and design systems.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Lead a small design team and manage workflows effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects.
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
  • Hands-on experience in Usability Testing, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Thinking.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage workflows and mentor a small design team.
  • Preferably worked in a product company, consumer tech, e-commerce, or travel tech environment.
  • Good understanding of usability principles and design best practices.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
