Job Overview

The Digital Acquisition Lead will oversee the development of customer acquisition journeys on various digital platforms. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive effective solutions and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project progress throughout the lifecycle for on-time and bug-free delivery.

  • Undertake enhancements to keep products relevant and up-to-date.
Process Review

The Digital Acquisition Lead is responsible for:

  • Regularly interacting with digital adoption teams, channels, and stakeholders to gather feedback on products and processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement based on feedback received and implementing enhancements.
  • Reviewing external touchpoints to enhance user experience on platforms.
Master Maintenance

The Digital Acquisition Lead must:

  • Perform periodic master maintenance for platforms and products managed.
  • Streamline the master maintenance process with stakeholders.
  • Review the master maintenance platform and implement development work to improve the process.
Competition Benchmarking

The Digital Acquisition Lead is responsible for:

  • Reviewing competition offerings for capabilities, features, and UI/UX.
  • Benchmarking our offerings against competitors to drive development efforts.
Query and Troubleshooting

The Digital Acquisition Lead must:
