Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and implementation experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure the payroll module to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for long-term projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. A background in finance or accounting is not required but beneficial.

A motivated individual who can prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure will thrive in this role. The ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and provide timely resolutions is essential.
