Cloud HCM Technical Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Cloud HCM Technical Subject Matter Expert. The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis, documentation of the respective Oracle environment, engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner and developer base.
  • Collaborative work on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Unit test high level functionality including staging test scenarios, documenting test results.
  • Developing runbooks for all technical objects, analyzing and resolving technical queries during tickets resolution.
Essential Skills:
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud & Visual Builder Cloud Service.
