At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive success in the field of Oracle HCM Core HR.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on modern user experience and a proven track record of managing system upgrades.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, grades, and other foundational HR setups. Must have hands-on configuration experience.
  • Configure and personalize pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new features and mandatory migration timelines.
  • Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
Key Skills and Qualifications

A strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR modules is essential.

Hands-on experience with Redwood configuration and customization is required.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure are necessary.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are also important.
