**Job Title:** HCM Consultant Specialist

This role requires an experienced HCM Consultant to work with Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Core HR and Payroll modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules for various clients.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Develop functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be an immediate joiner.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
