Oracle HCM Technical Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM technical expert to lead or participate in the implementation of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects, Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Lead technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
