Job Opportunity: Senior Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the deployment and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally.

  • Oversee a team of consultants to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, conduct testing, provide end-user training, and support HR professionals to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful technology adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience with expertise in implementing HR Systems and supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services functions.
